Pay Day Loans Scams People Using YouTube, Why Are Most of My Videos on a Payday Loan “Site”?

I found this Pay Day Loan advertising site using most of my uploaded YouTube videos. No doubt, there is some clause stated in YouTube’s “service” terms making this perfectly legitimate, just like when I found a Daily Kos article I wrote selling anti-smoking aids. I can’t make money on YouTube with my videos, since I was banned from Adsense. I vaguely remember getting a publisher’s id with YouTube, probably a few days before Adsense deactivated my Blogger account. This id should be null and void. I need to find out if the publisher’s id in the source code of the loan website showing my videos is mine. I also need to find out if this is ok and normal in YouTube’s Terms. This video is comprised of boring computer screen shots while I complain about adsense, citizen journalism, google, helium, and the daily kos. I titled it with the expectation of this video on the “loan site”. The link to the Pay Day “Loan Site”: needaloannow.internetmarketingtips4u.biz

Scams For Payday Loan Lenders

Many are looking for financial help in every way they can think of. With a pile of bills and several days until payday, they often opt to work with a payday loan. These individuals are so desperate that they often do not stop long enough to research the company they are working with, as well as the terms of the deal. There are many scams for payday loan lenders, and this leaves many people much further in debt than they were to begin with.

Taking out a loan with a company leaves you in debt to them. You will be required to sign a contract which will state that they can access your bank account each month and debit a certain amount of money to repay the loan, plus interest. Nearly all loan companies work this way, so an individual should not be surprised when they require it.

However, there are a number of loan companies that are not legitimate and will clean out your bank account as soon as they receive your information. Others will charge interest rates so high under such stiff terms that a person can not hope to get out from under it when they are already financially tight.

There are many dangers involved with giving out your bank information. There is always the chance of identity theft. And others have paid back a loan in full, only to receive many threatening and frustrating calls asking for the rest of the payment. In some cases, consumers were charged multiple times without authorization.

It is never a good idea to give out ones bank account information. Also, anyone who plans on using a payday loan lender should do some in depth research before they work with any company. Make sure they are legitimate and have good reviews from previous users.
